These rules keep the Lot safe and fair for every driver. They are part of the Parking Terms. Breaking them may lead to cancellation without a refund, extra charges or towing at the owner's expense.
Hours
- Monday through Thursday: open 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday: open 5:00 AM to 5:00 AM the next morning.
- Arrive any time after the arrival time on your pass, and leave by the leaving time on your pass (never later than 5:00 AM). Vehicles left after the booked time may be charged for the extra time and, if they block the Lot or remain unclaimed, towed.
- Event days at SoFi Stadium, the Kia Forum or Intuit Dome can sell out early or carry event pricing, shown before you pay.
Entering and parking
- Enter through the main gate on Locust Street.
- Park the vehicle registered on your booking, in one marked stall, inside the lines.
- Have your pass ready. From 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM the attendant may check your plate or scan your pass code. Before 9:00 PM the Lot is self-park, so just park in any open stall.
- Drive at walking speed and follow posted signs and staff directions.
- Do not park in fire lanes, drive aisles, accessible stalls without a valid placard, or reserved areas.
Vehicles allowed
- Standard-size passenger cars, SUVs, pickups, vans and motorcycles only, no longer than 20 feet.
- No commercial trucks, box trucks, trailers, RVs, campers, buses, or vehicles carrying hazardous materials.
- The vehicle must be currently registered and in operating condition. No leaking fluids.
Keys and custody
- Lock your own vehicle and keep your keys. Staff will not accept keys or move vehicles.
- The attendant is on site from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, provides security presence and checks bookings. The attendant is not a valet and does not take custody of vehicles.
Not allowed on the Lot
- Sleeping or living in a vehicle, camping, or loitering.
- Vehicle repairs or maintenance beyond a jump start or tire inflation, and washing vehicles.
- Selling goods, dumping trash, alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, or amplified music.
- Leaving children or pets in a vehicle.
If something happens
- In an emergency, call 911.
- Report any damage, theft or accident to the attendant (9 PM to 5 AM) or by email before you leave, take photos where the vehicle is parked, and email your booking code and photos to [email protected] within 24 hours.
- If you can't find an open stall during your booked hours, tell the attendant or email us before you leave the area. If we cannot park you, that night is refunded in full.
Security
The Lot is lit and recorded by security cameras around the clock, with a security attendant on site from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. PPI is not responsible for loss or damage except as stated in the Parking Terms.
